Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage Leads Advertise, a trade name of achrafalaoui LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), to run advertising campaigns on your behalf ("Client", "you").
The service
Leads Advertise plans, launches, and manages Meta Ads campaigns intended to generate homeowner leads for solar installation businesses, and delivers those leads to you directly.
Pilot period
New clients start with a free 2-week pilot campaign. There's no obligation to continue after the pilot, and we charge no management fee during it. Advertising spend during the pilot is paid by you directly to Meta.
Fees after the pilot
If you continue after the pilot, service runs month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contract. Our management fee is $1,000 USD per month for one offer in one service area, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing before you continue. Additional service areas or offers are quoted separately.
Advertising spend is not part of our fee. You pay Meta and any other advertising platform directly from your own ad account, and you keep full ownership of that account. We recommend a budget based on your area and goals, and you set and control it.
Cancellation
Either party may end the ongoing engagement at any time. Fees already due for work performed or spend already committed are not refundable.
No guarantee of results
We manage your campaigns in good faith and report results transparently, but advertising performance depends on market conditions outside our control. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or sales.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business and service area
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner
- Hold any licenses required to operate in your service area
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Leads Advertise isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the preceding month.
